F-16C's of the 555th Fighter Squadron, 31st Fighter Wing, based at Aviano Air Base, Italy, form behind a 141st Air Refueling Wing  KC-135 of the Washington Air National Guard after refueling over the Adriatic Sea.  The F-16's along with the tanker are flying missions in support of Operation Joint Guard actively patrolling airspace of former Yugoslavia to insure that the former warring parties fly no offensive missions; as agreed upon during the Dayton Peace Accord.
