An F-16C of the 78th Fighter Squadron above a solid deck of clouds at 39,000 feet over the central United States during a cross-country mission.  The F-16 is being flown by Capt. Randy Efferson, a 9th Air Force F-16 "Viper" Demonstration Team pilot.  Both jet and pilot are based at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., and are assigned to the 20th Fighter Wing  (U.S. Air Force photo  by Senior Airman Greg L.
