SHAW AFB, SC -- An F-16 aircraft returns from Hill AFB (Air Force Base), May 8, 2004, after installation of the Common Configuration Implementation Program (CCIP), upgrading the aircraft to the 21st century-level.  It is the 1st F-16 belonging to the 55th Fighter Squadron at Shaw AFB that has been upgraded.
