Maintainers from the 332nd Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron prepare a newly-arrived Guard F-16 Fighting Falcon from Michigan for weapons loading Sept. 20. The jet is one of many guard jets from South Dakota, Michigan, New York, and Washington, D.C. that replaced Guard Falcons from Alabama and Illinois. In a four month period at Balad, F-16s fly the equivalent of a full years flying at their home station. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Kerry Solan-Johnson)
