deploy to "Base X" The Phase 1 Operational Readiness Inspection is an
evaluation of the 1st Fighter Wing's ability to prepare and deploy
personnel, equipment and support assets to a combat environment. The
inspection consists of four graded areas: initial response and
deployment, employment, ability to survive and operate (ATSO) and
