At sea aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) Jan. 29, 2003 -- An F-14 Tomcat assigned to the "Black Lions" Fighter Squadron Two One Three (VF-213) is launched from one of four steam powered catapults on the ship's flight deck.  VF-213 is part of Carrier Air Wing Eight embarked on Roosevelt and are conducting training exercises in the Caribbean Sea in preparation of an upcoming deployment.  U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate 2nd Class Jeremy Hall.  (RELEASED)
