(Persian Gulf) On board USS Harry S. Truman -- Lt. David Dequeljoe, a
Landing Signal Officer (LSO) assigned to the "Swordsmen" of Fighter
Squadron (VF) 32, relays approach and recovery information to Sailors
working in the Combat Direction Center (CDC), while watching one of his
squadron's F-14B Tomcats approach the landing area on the flight deck
of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN
75). Currently, aircraft from Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 3 embarked
on Harry S. Truman are providing close air support and conducting
Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions in ongoing
operations.The Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group and CVW-3 are on a
regularly scheduled deployment in support of the global war on
