ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam (AFPN) -- B-52 Stratofortress mechanics inspect the engine of their aircraft during phase maintenance at Hangar 1 here. The Airmen are deployed from the 2nd Maintenance Squadron at Barksdale Air Force Base, La. The B-52s come here from a forward-deployed location and go into phase maintenance after 300 flying hours.
