An A-10 "Thunderbolt II" from the 25th Fighter Squadron, returns from a successful sortie over the Korean Peninsula.  It will be regenerated for it's second mission of the day, during exercise Beverly Midnight 99-2.  Despite Osan personnel having to be in Mission-Oriented Protective Posture 2 thru 4, requiring them to wear various combinations of specialized clothing, flak vest, tactical gear, chemical warfare ground crew ensemble, and carry/or wear the gloves and MCU-2P mask, they are clearly able toperform all tasks for extended period of time.  Taken on 31 March 1999, during Contingency Employment Readiness Exercise (CERE), Beverly Midnight 99-2 at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea.  A CERE is used by Osan Team members to validate their entire ability to "Fly, Fight, and Win," during a wartime contingency on the Korean Peninsula, despite activities in other regions of the world.  (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Lance Cheung)  (RELEASED)
