A-10 Warthogs from the 355th Fighter Squadron, Eielson AFB, Alaska fly
over the Yukon range in Northern Alaska during a training mission for
Northern Edge 2002.Northern Edge '02 is an annual joint training
exercise held in Alaska designed to exercise joint operations
techniques and procedures, and enhance interoperability among the
services. Major Units participating include Alaskan Command, U.S.
Army Alaska, Pacific Air Forces, Air Combat Command, Air Mobility
Command, U.S. Marine Corps Reserve forces, U.S. Navy Alaska and the
