The Arabian Gulf (Mar. 23, 2003) -- An AV-8B Harrier begins its vertical landing aboard USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6).  Bonhomme Richard is deployed to the Arabian Gulf in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, the multinational coalition effort to liberate the Iraqi people, eliminate Iraq's weapons of mass destruction, and end the regime of Saddam Hussein.  U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate 3rd Class Chris Reynolds.
