Virginia Coast (Mar. 17, 2004) -- An AV-8B Harrier assigned to the "Bulldogs" of Marine Attack Squadron Two Two Three (VMA-223) launches off the bow of the amphibious assault ship USS Saipan (LHA-2) during flight deck certifications.
