Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C. (May 5, 2003) - "Fat Albert", a U.S. Marine Corps C-130 Hercules assigned to the Navy's Flight Demonstration Team, "Blue Angels", lifts into the sky as the Jet Assisted Take Off (JATO) bottles ignite to give an extra 8,000 pounds of thrust upon take-off. The eight JATO rockets help "Fat Albert" shorten the distance needed for taking off.  U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate 2nd Class Saul McSween. (RELEASED)
