Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, Texas (May 8, 2004) - Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Two Two (NMCB-22) finish loading a truck onto a C-130 Hercules as part of a training exercise in conjunction with the U.S. Air Force at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth, Texas.   NMCB-22 works with the Tanker Airlift Control Element (TALCE) when deployed, in order to load and ship equipment and gear into the operational theater. The TALCE is deployed to support strategic and theater air mobility operations at enroute and in-theater airfield locations. TALCE's provide on-site management of air mobility operations to include communications, aerial port services, maintenance, security, transportation, weather forecasting, intelligence, and other required support operations.
