LISBON, Portugal -- Senior Airman Ryan Conti rotates propeller blades on a C-130 Hercules after the aircraft landed here.  It is the first of eight aircraft based at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, to arrive here for refurbishment by a local contractor.  Airman Conti is a crew chief assigned to the 37th Airlift Squadron.  (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech.
