LACKLAND AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Staff Sgt. Daniel Garza marshals in a retiring C-130 Hercules from Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark., to its parking place at the Inter-American Air Forces Academy's 318th Training Squadron here.  The aircraft will be used as a ground trainer for updated C-130 crew chief courses at the squadron.  Sergeant Garza is a crew chief instructor.  (U.S. Air Force photo by Robbin Cresswell)
