A U.S. service member loads water onto a C-130 aircraft on Clark Air
Field, Pampanga, Philippines, Feb. 20, 2006. Water and other relief
supplies will be transported to Tacloban, a city on the northwestern
part of the island of Leyte, Philippines. Philippine and U.S. armed
forces with Joint Task Force Balikatan 2006 are assisting in
humanitarian relief efforts for victims of the Feb. 17, 2006, landslide
