U.S. service members load a C-130 aircraft with relief supplies at
Clark Air Field, Pampanga, Philippines, Feb. 20, 2006, where the
supplies will be transported to Tacloban, a city on the northwestern
part of the island of Leyte, Philippines. Philippine and U.S.
