MCGUIRE AIR FORCE BASE, N.J. -- Ron Petticoffer (on test stand) and Wayne Schadler mount a C-130 Hercules engine with a modified propeller on a test stand to perform the first operational checkout of the new in-flight propeller balancing system.  The Air Mobility Battlelab here installed the new system on a C-130 assigned to the 913th Airlift Wing from Willow Grove Air Reserve Station, Pa.  The men are technicians assigned to the 913th Maintenance Group.  (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
