An airman with the 627th Air Mobility Support Squadron directs a U.S. Air Force C-5B Galaxy to a parking position at RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom, on April 22, 1999.  The C-5B is delivering 4 fuel trucks to help the  fuels management flight of the 100th Supply Squadron keep up with the increasing demand to fuel KC-135R Stratotankers for NATO Operation Allied Force.  Operation Allied Force is the air operation against targets in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.  DoD photo by Tech.
