RAMSTIEN AIR BASE, Germany (AFIIE) -- A C-17 Globemaster III lifts off from Ramstein on Oct. 30 carrying the one millionth humanitarian daily ration (HDR) that was dropped over Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom.  C-17 crew's have been delivering the rations to refugees, who have massed inside the borders of Afghanistan.  Each C-17 carries about 17,500 HDRs packaged in 42 boxes, measuring 80 inches tall by 48 inches wide.  (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech Sgt.
