RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- Two C-17 Globemaster IIIs from McChord Air Force Base, Wash., sit on the base's old ramp while construction crews build a new section to the ramp.  The new construction, part of the Rhein-Main Transition Program, will bring Ramstein 65 percent of the airlift traffic once bound for Rhein-Main Air Base.  (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt.
