CAMP LEMONIER, Djibouti (AFPN) -- Senior Airman Jake Wyatt watches Soldiers load their well rig onto a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft. This year's $1.3 billion military construction request, as part of the president's fiscal year 2007 budget plan, is the largest in the last 15 years and includes projects for new mission beddowns for the C-17 Globemaster III.
