ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- Brig. Gen. Tony Hart and Col. Tom Tinsley, 176th  Wing and 3rd Wing commanders, respectively, unveil the name of Elmendorf's first C-17 Globemaster III during a ceremony here Monday.
