Pacific Ocean (Oct. 28, 2003) -- An E-2C Hawkeye assigned to the "Black Eagles" of Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron One One Three (VAW-113) launches from one of four steam powered catapults aboard USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74).  The nuclear powered aircraft carrier Stennis and her embarked Carrier Air Wing Fourteen (CVW-14) are at sea conducting a Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) in preparation for an upcoming deployment.  U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate Airman Charles D.
