Pacific Ocean (June 10, 2006) -- A plane captain assigned to the signals to the pilot of an E-2C Hawkeye assigned to the "Liberty Bells" of Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron One One Five (VAW-115), during an engine start-up aboard USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63). Kitty Hawk is currently under way in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility, Kitty Hawk demonstrates power projection and sea control as the U.S. Navy's only permanently, forward-deployed aircraft carrier.
