Pacific Ocean (Dec. 7, 2006) -- An aircraft director signals the pilots of an E-2C Hawkeye, from Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron One One Five (VAW-115) the  "Liberty Bells", onto the waist catapult prior to starting flight operations aboard USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63). Kitty Hawk, operating out of Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan, is currently deployed off Okinawa on a regularly scheduled deployment.
