At sea aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) Jan. 20, 2002 -- A pilot from the "Screwtops" of Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron One Two Three (VAW-123), makes a series of pre-flight checks on the flight deck, while preparing his E-2C Hawkeye for its next mission.
