PACIFIC OCEAN (June 6, 2008) -- Sailors assigned to the "Black Eagles"
of Airborne Early Warning Squadron (VAW) 113 salute their commanding
officer, Cmdr. Todd Watkins, a native of Odessa, Texas, as he launches
off the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) in an
E-2C Hawkeye. Watkins is taking his final flight as commander of
VAW-113 before departing for another duty assignment. The Ronald Reagan
Carrier Strike Group is on a routine deployment in the 7th Fleet area
