A CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter from Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 165 (rein.) earns flight time over the greater Sacramento area.  The "White Knights" serve as the Aviation Combat Element for the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit.  They practiced insertions and extractions of Marine forces during Training in an Urban Environment Exercise 01-3 in the greater Sacramento area Sept. 15-25.
