Caption:

Marines from the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit's Maritime Special Purpose Force fastrope onto the deck on a decommissioned Navy ship floating next to several others in Suisan Bay, Calif.  The MSPF executed a Vessel, Board, Search and Seizure Sept. 20, to practice one of the MEU's various Special Operation Capable missions.  The training was conducted during the 13th MEU's Training in an Urban Environment Exercise 01-3 from Sept. 15-25, in the greater Sacramento area.
