Marines from India Company, 3rd Battalion, 6th Marines board a helicopter as they leave after assaulting an objective at MCAS New River's LZ May 1.  The Marines were trained and supervised by Special Operations Training Group, II Marine Expeditionary Force.  India Company, a heliborne company, learned to perform amphibious raids during the course, which lasted five days.  The Marines were trained in the basic tactics, techniques and procedures of amphibious raids and then evaluated and critiqued on their performance during the conduct of various amphibious raids.  Official photograph by LCpl Marcus L.
