A CH-46E Sea Knight's rotors spin up to 100-percent power while the
pilots and aircrew make sure the helicopter is functioning properly, at
Al Asad, Iraq, April 23. The helicopter belongs to Marine Medium
Helicopter Squadron 764, which is a Marine Aircraft Group 46 Reserve
squadron, attached to MAG-16, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, in support of
Operation Iraqi Freedom. The squadron is tasked with transporting
troops and cargo, supporting 1st Marine Expeditionary Force in the Al
Anbar province of Iraq.
