A CH-46E Sea Knight from Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 261, Marine Aircraft Group 16, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, flies toward the city of Rawah, Iraq during the sunrise May 2. The helicopter was involved in the combined-arms assault on the city, which involved air and ground coalition force assets. Rawah has been a known by coalition forces as a safe haven for anti-coalition forces and smugglers.
