ATLANTIC OCEAN (July 17, 2008) -- A CH-46E assigned to Marine Medium
Helicopter Squadron 264 (HMM) 264 takes off from the flight deck of the
guided-missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG 61) during the Iwo Jima
Expeditionary Strike Group composite unit training exercise (COMPTUEX).
COMPTUEX provides a realistic training environment to ensure the strike
group is capable and ready for its upcoming scheduled deployment. U.S.
