"Embassy" representatives and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit's Forward Command Element get evacuated from the mock U.S. embassy at Camp Pendleton, Calif., during the last mission of Special Operations Capable Exercise, Nov. 6.  Marines conducted the non-combatant evacuation exercise after "riots and protests" esculated.  The NEO was one of several ship-to-shore maritime special missions the 13th MEU conducted during SOCEX off the Southern California, Oct. 29 to Nov. 6.
