Resident soldiers and sailors in Harar, Ethiopia, help pile boxes of food and water, which is being off-loaded from a Marine CH-53E helicopter from the 464th Alpha Company, Nov. 20, 2005. Sailors from the Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 3 from Port Wanimi, Calf., have dug three wells and are staging to drill several hand-pump wells, which will be used to provide thousands of Ethiopians and their livestock with potable water. Soldiers from the 1-294th Infantry Division, Bravo Company, Guam, provide force protection at the camp and well sites, so the Seabees can better concentrate their efforts on well digging.
