PADANG, Indonesia (Oct. 14, 2009) -- The last ground troops leave the
command post at Ta Bing Airfield after completing Indonesian
humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations. The U.S. troops
delivered more than 182 tons of food, water and medical supplies to
earthquake victims and treated nearly 2,000 patients at the
Humanitarian Assistance Rapid Response Team field hospital in Padang.
The mission was conducted at the request of the Indonesian
