Naval Air Station Sigonella, Sicily (May 5, 2003) -- Aviation Structural Mechanic 1st Class James Hale, assigned to the "Black Stallions" of Helicopter Combat Support Squadron Four (HC-4), prepares for engine start on an MH-53E Sea Dragon helicopter at Naval Air Station (NAS) Sigonella. The aircrew is conducting Crew Resource Management training.
