Gulf of Mexico (Sept. 3, 2005) -- Crew members assigned to the
amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) work with combat cargo and
Helicopter Mine Countermeasure Squadron Fifteen (HM-15) personnel to
pull a generator from the interior of an MH-53E Sea Dragon helicopter
on the flight deck. Bataan has been off the Gulf Coast providing relief
efforts since Hurricane Katrina hit the coast. The Navy's involvement
in the Hurricane Katrina humanitarian assistance operations is led by
the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in conjunction with the
