Persian Gulf (Mar. 10, 2005) -- A pilot assigned to the "Bulls" of Strike Fighter Squadron Three Seven (VFA-37), salutes the catapult officer from the cockpit of his F/A-18C Hornet prior to launching from the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). Carrier Air Wing Three (CVW-3) is embarked aboard Truman and is providing close air support and conducting intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance over Iraq.
