Cherry Point, N.C. (May 7, 2005) -- Lead Solo, Lt. Cmdr. Craig R.
Olson, assigned to the U.S. Navy flight demonstration team, the "Blue
Angels," pulls his F/A-18 Hornet up sharply as the Opposing Solo, Lt.
Cmdr. Theodore J. Steelman, continues flying low down the runway during
takeoff at the 2005 Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point air show. The
Blue Angels fly the F/A-18 Hornet, performing approximately 30
maneuvers during the aerial demonstration lasting over an hour. This
year's air show showcased civilian and military aircraft from the
Nation's armed forces, which provided many flight demonstrations and
