Atlantic Ocean (July 15, 2005) - An F/A-18C Hornet assigned to the "Silver Eagles" of Marine Fighter Attack Squadron One One Five (VMFA-115) clears the flight deck after launch aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). Truman is currently conducting carrier qualifications, sustainment operations and participating in a Joint Task Force Exercise (JTFEX) with USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71). JTFEX is a key component in the training cycle of an aircraft carrier and carrier air wing in the U.S. Navy Fleet Response Plan construct.
