East China Sea (Nov. 29, 2006) -- Landing signal officers watch as an F/A-18C Hornet assigned to the "Golden Dragons" of Strike Fighter Squadron One Nine Two (VFA-192) lands on the flight deck of USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63). Landing signal officers direct pilots during their final approach before landing on the flight deck. Kitty Hawk and embarked Carrier Air Wing Five (CVW-5) are currently deployed to the Philippine Sea on a regularly scheduled fall deployment.
