San Francisco (Oct. 7, 2006) -- The Navy's flight demonstration team,
the Blue Angels, perform for residents and visitors in San Fancisco for
Fleet Week 2006. Fleet Week is San Francisco's celebration of the sea
services attended by more than 7,000 Sailors, Marines and Coast
Guardsmen from 3rd Fleet. During the event, ships will host tours to
familiarize the public with the Navy's role and capabilities, and
Sailors will conduct numerous community service projects throughout the
