PACIFIC OCEAN (March 1, 2007) -- Piloting an F/A-18C Hornet assigned to the "Stingers" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 113, Capt. Craig Williams performs a supersonic flyby of USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) during his aerial change of command. Capt. Richard Butler took over as the commander of Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 14 during the ceremony. Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group is currently underway in support of operations in the western Pacific.
