At sea aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) Dec. 5, 2002 -- As "Trouble Shooters" Aviation Electronics Technician 1st Class Russell Fraser from Sterling, Va., and Aviation Machinist's Mate 2nd Class Thomas Colie from Orlando, Fla., gives the "thumbs-up" signal to the Safety Observer, Aviation Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Matthew Saruse from Odenville, Ala., before launch of an F/A-18C Hornet from "Valions" of Strike Fighter Squadron One Five (VFA-15).  The "Valions" are a part of Carrier Airwing Eight (CVW-8) and embarked aboard Roosevelt.
