PACIFIC OCEAN (May 29, 2008) -- An F/A-18C Hornet assigned to the "Death Rattlers" of Marine Strike Fighter Squadron (VMFA) 323 lands on the flight deck aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). Stennis and Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 9 are conducting tailored ship's training availability (TSTA) off the coast of Southern California. TSTA is a three phase evolution that incrementally enhances the ship's operating proficiency while simultaneously integrating the air wing.  U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Ron Reeves (Released)
