NORTH ARABIAN SEA (July 18, 2008) -- Aviation Structural Mechanic (Equipment) 2nd Class Donald Perkins, from Hanover, Pa., assigned to the "Blue Blasters" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 34, checks the tail hook of an F/A-18C Hornet aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). Lincoln is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations supporting Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom and maritime security operations.
