Atlantic Ocean (Jul. 26, 2003) -- Lt. Benjamin VanBuskirk gives the signal to launch an F/A-18 Hornet assigned to the "Salty Dogs" of Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Two Three (VX-23) from the flight deck aboard USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76).  The ship is currently underway off the coast of Virginia conducting Flight Deck Certifications.  U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate 2nd Class Chad McNeeley.  (RELEASED)
